We’re truly sorry for creating airport and cruise transfers that make you feel a little too important.
It has come to our attention that some of you are now:
• Walking through arrivals like someone famous is about to photograph you.
• Pretending you meant to arrive this calm and organized.
• Casually telling people, “Our driver will be waiting for us.”
• Feeling personally offended when a taxi isn’t spotless or on time.
We also apologize for the quality.
No one needs transfers this smooth. Nobody. (Well, maybe cruise passengers on tight schedules.)
Your family thinks you’ve “changed” since you stopped panicking about traffic.
Your friends are tired of hearing, “Don’t worry, it’s all sorted.”
And your standards for punctuality are now completely unrealistic.
We deeply regret arranging drivers who actually show up, vehicles that are genuinely comfortable, and journeys that don’t involve mystery detours or awkward small talk…
…and tricking you into believing every transfer should be this effortless.
We promise to continue providing irresponsibly reliable pickups, ridiculously smooth rides, and dangerously stress-free journeys to airports and cruise terminals.
