If you hold a valid UK or European Economic Area (EEA) Blue Badge, you can apply for a 100% discount even if you don’t drive or own a vehicle. You apply for a Blue Badge discount for the vehicle that drops you off at Heathrow Airport – a taxi or a friend’s car, for example.
f you are a Blue Badge holder arriving by taxi, you apply for the 100% discount using the taxi's registration number. You can apply in advance, during the trip or by midnight the day after your drop-off. Confirmation of a successful application will be sent by email. The taxi driver can check that the Blue Badge holder discount has been applied by matching the Blue Badge holder's receipt ID with their receipt ID. They can do this online within their business account's 'Trip Management' section.

Blue Badge holders can apply for a 100% discount on the Heathrow Terminal Drop-off Charge.
To benefit from this discount Blue Badge holders must first register for a personal TDOC account. Once registered, UK or European Economic Area (EEA) Blue Badge holders can apply to add their Blue Badge status to their account providing the Blue Badge expiry date is still valid.
In order to confirm your application, you will need to provide the expiry date and images of both the front and back of your Blue Badge. The confirmation process can take up to 5 days to complete so if you are dropping-off before then we recommend you pay the full TDOC to avoid the potential for incurring a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
Please note that adding a Blue Badge to an account does not automatically discount your trips. Once confirmed, Blue Badge holders can then log-in to their personal account to purchase 100% discounted Blue Badge trips for each trip they make to Heathrow. You only need to add a Blue Badge to an account once. When holders are issued a new Blue Badge to replace one that is expiring you can apply to register your new badge through their personal account.
Once a Blue Badge has expired it is no longer eligible for the Blue Badge discount.
